Our family became acquainted with Matt Silmser/MJSilmser Corporation when a close friend purchased one of his homes. We were extremely impressed with the quality workmanship and attention to detail Matt put into his homes. Shortly after, we purchased land and began plans to build. Matthew was great to work with, from the floor plan and design stage, to the final installation of fixtures. Matthew was right there every step of the way, guiding us through the building process. After much looking, we decided on Deer Creek for our new home. Deer Creek is a great location with lovely lots. We picked out a beautiful lot and house plan. Matt was very helpful in getting our plan just the way we wanted it. From the beginning to the finish of the building Matt was very understanding and caring in every detail.
