MJ Silmser Corporation has been in business since 1997. The president, Matthew John Silmser, is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management. Matt became interested in construction from a local builder in his home town and has been in the building field for more than 20 years.

MJ Silmser Corporation has an unlimited building license to build at any price point including residential, commercial or renovation projects. We are currently building in Jefferson Oaks, Huntington Downs, Olde Fields, Ridgecrest at Wellesley Place and in Deer Creek ... our exclusive 27 lot neighborhood in Rural Hall north of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

MJ Silmser Corporation has won the prestigious Parade of Homes Gold Award from the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem. Matt's easy going nature allows him to work well with clients and their custom needs. His construction styles lean towards Traditional and French Country but his experience allows Matt to bring to life any client's design or dream home.
